Is it free or covered by RAMQ?
No. Clinique Express is a private clinic: our services are paid and not covered by RAMQ. It is not a CLSC. Some private insurance plans may cover the care (blood tests, foot care, etc.). You receive a receipt for insurance or tax purposes.
Do I need an appointment?
We strongly recommend booking an appointment, especially for blood tests and foot care. It lets us welcome you properly and avoid waiting. Depending on availability, we may sometimes accept walk-ins.
Do I need a requisition for a blood test?
Yes, a requisition is required. Don’t have one? Our consultation service can provide one, subject to eligibility.
Do you treat minor emergencies?
We do not treat medical emergencies or infections that require a medical diagnosis. However, we can guide you, perform certain tests, or provide comfort and supportive care depending on the situation.
